    Beautiful hotel and friendly staff

    Beautiful rooms and grreat facilities which included also massaging chairs, meditation room and gym. Additional service which was also appreciated was the shuttle bus to Takeo.

    The mixed spa had very cool water. It would have been nice to have it somewhat warmer. A pity also the hotel didn’t offer a dinner service but just breakfast and snacks.

    有很多設施，像是溫泉池、桑拿間還有按摩椅。徹底放鬆，房間也很大，有塌塌米座位，房間打開窗簾就可以看窗外湖景，浴室設備也很棒。早餐很豐盛，都是選用當地食材製作，連瓶裝水也是選用九州製造，有感受到飯店選物的用心。

    The design of the place. The quiet atmosphere. The spacious and comfortable room. The relaxing room with messaging chairs. The food was excellent. The onsen was nice. The lounge area offering refreshments was a plus.

    The private onsen in our room was small (one person only), not what we expected when seeing the pictures of the room online. Sadly no rotenburo available and the onsen was basic, there was water leaking from the roof in the changing room.
