    Full featured hotel in a good location!

    Comfy beds. Large, full featured bathroom with spa tub, tv in bathroom, great shower, modern toilet. The hotel has a laundry with washers and dryers. Staff are very kind and helpful. Great concierge service for transporting luggage.

    I dropped the comfort score slightly due to 2 things. The aircon takes forever to cool the room and the room gets super hot. So after a tiring day out, it can be terrible to walk into what feels like a sauna and then have to wait a long while for things to cool down. We had to open windows and doors just for the outside air to circulate and remove the heat. The other problem was that there is very little floor space with the beds being on the floor. It's a room for 5-6 people, and if that many arrive with luggage it can be very difficult to move around in the room. My recommendation to the hotel would be to rather make one of Queen beds on the a floor a bunk bed (2 singles) which will give some floor space, and change teh aircon to one that is effective.

    Very good clean accommodation, well located and excellent service.

    Lovely clean and well located. The complimentary breakfast was great and free drinks during the day was a nice touch.

    It was fully disclosed, but futon type bed on the floor is hard on the knees for those of us getting on in life!
