The host was communicative. Everything was easy to discuss and do. Nice and clean apartment.
Washing machine is there. It is broken and correctly not advertised for use. But it's confusing. I would remove it. Sometimes in the morning big noise from the builders. Really strong. I hope that will be finished soon.

This is our 2nd stay here and we recommend it
This is our 2nd stay in this apartment. It is perfectly located so you can explore the center on foot and use several metro lines to get to anywhere you want to go. The amenities are very comfortable, there's an iron, an ironing board, a hair dryer, a drying rack for your clothes. A good size kitchen and everything you need to cook a decent meal. The owner is very responsive and welcoming. Overall, this apartment is good value for money.
Some of the panelling in the shower area is starting to become a little loose. This may become a bigger issue in the future. The pillows were too soft for our liking and made it a bit difficult to get a good sleep. Another thing we didn't like is that there was construction work going on in the building next door which started at 8:00 in the morning and was very noisy. But this isn't something the owner can do anything about :) after all, this is Athens, it's a big city so there's always construction going on.
