    Lift out of order, we were not informed before our stay and were travelling with wheelchair user.

    Great location, big apartment.

    We specifically selected this apartment because it advertised a lift. This was not simply a desirable feature, but an essential requirement, as my 82-year-old grandmother is a wheelchair user with only very limited mobility. On arrival, we discovered that the lift was out of order. At no point before our arrival were we informed that this essential facility was unavailable. We contacted them the following morning and were assured that it would be resolved. Acting on that assurance, we remained at the apartment instead of enjoying the plans we had made for our family weekend in London. We waited because we believed they would rectify the situation. Unfortunately, no solution was provided before we checked out the following day.
