    Ottima posizione e appartamento spazioso, ma istruzioni per l’accesso da migliorare

    Ho apprezzato molto la posizione, davvero comoda per raggiungere tutto a piedi. L’appartamento è grande, spazioso e ben attrezzato. Noi lo abbiamo utilizzato principalmente per dormire e fare la doccia, e per queste esigenze si è rivelato ottimo. Considerando il breve soggiorno di soli due giorni, non abbiamo avuto modo di usufruire degli altri servizi disponibili.

    Purtroppo, le istruzioni fornite per accedere all’appartamento erano obsolete e ci hanno messo seriamente in difficoltà. Alcuni esercizi commerciali indicati come punti di riferimento sono ormai chiusi, mentre l’indicazione “glass door” si è rivelata poco chiara, perché gli ingressi con porta a vetri sono tre. Anche il numero civico 14 è riportato su una targhetta molto piccola, difficile da individuare al buio: ci abbiamo messo circa mezz’ora per trovare il portone corretto. L’assistenza, disponibile esclusivamente via chat, richiedeva inoltre una connessione Internet per poter chiedere aiuto. A un certo punto ho temuto seriamente di non riuscire a entrare e di dover cercare un altro alloggio. Fortunatamente, una volta individuato il portone giusto, siamo riusciti ad accedere e abbiamo tirato un sospiro di sollievo. Consiglio di aggiornare le istruzioni e di rendere più evidente il numero civico, così da evitare ad altri ospiti le stesse difficoltà.

    We liked the location. We liked the apartment. There was plenty of space

    There wasn't any toilet roll. The apartment was really hot. Only had a little fan which didn't do much and this is in October. We had a few issues, even though they were resolved in the end and they were friendly. It just took time as everything is text over an app.
