    Dezamăgitor

    Proximitatea de zona de interes personal. S-a putut faca check in dupa 12, la cerere și disponibilitate.

    Atitudinea persoanei de contact. Faptul ca o zi am sta pe frig și fără apă caldă. Aparatul de climă nu era o opțiune întrucât nu a fost igienizat (emana un miros). Este la subsol, lucru care nu ți se prezintă pe Booking, ci doar dupa ora de check in. Deși s-ar fi făcut curățenie mobila era plină de praf, iar frigiderul era murdar în interior. Deși am stat jumătate de oră la interfon dintr-o defecțiune la sistemul de acces, am fost luați la rost de persoana de contact.
