    Ducha con fuga de agua

    Desafortunadamente no puedo dar una buena evaluación por 2 temas puntuales 1) la ducha tiene una fuga por la forma en cómo se diseñó y por ende, el agua se desborda por todo el baño. Sin exagerar, terminamos ocupando unas 8-12 toallas para contener el agua 2) debido a lo anterior, reportamos la situación aprox. 8pm del día 1. Claramente no es algo que arreglen de un día para otro, solo queríamos un palo piso o toallas adicionales pero pudieron atendernos hasta prácticamente 1 día completo después (y gracias a nuestro seguimiento día 2 a las 6pm). La comunicación/solucion de problemas es un área de mejora

    Very clean and efficient accommodations.

    Super clean and super efficient layout in room. Not much available close for dining. One restaurant was open but not serving meals.

    It is nice to have some human contact if you have simple questions for first time visitors.
