  There should have been few things positive, but the owner's (staff) rude attitude got rid of them all.

  They seem to be a business firm, not a human host. The guy I contacted didn't know about Torino's temporary parking policy "all blue line parking is free during 11 Aug - 23 Aug". He is not a proper host and not attentive to guests. You better ask ChatGPT than him. First Check-in is complicated, You receive the self check-in guide email, you have to click the link in the email and have to download the app Nuki (never heard of it) and you have to connect the device via bluetooth. Sounds simple, huh? Guess what, it didn't work after all these process. I called the staff and he opened the door to the building and also to the flat. We didn't feel safe, what if he mistakenly open our door during the night. He seems to handle many apartments with this app. So, we never know. Second, there was only one toilet paper for four of us, booked for three nights, paid almost 500euro. So I asked and his answer copy and pasted here "You book an apartment, we don't have an hotel services, we give you a welcome kit with the essential just in case you arrive during the night.", so please go for a hotel if your budget allows, don't book this apartment which cost over 150euro/night. Prepare more than one toilet paper for the 4 guests who booked for three night = Hotel service!?!?!? Sorry I never used the hotel, so didn't know about this. :) The guy was extremely rude. Also, it says free parking near the property, but when I contacted him he says, in Torino, it's almost impossible to find a free parking. Please modify the description, do not mislead the people. We expected the hot weather, 38-40 degree, so I booked this flat saying AC equipped, but the AC didn't work properly, the worse was when you put the two ACs on and use induction, the electricity goes down. This happened almost always, very annoying...they have to increase the capacity of electricity. To sum-up, avoid this property if you have other options.

  Appartement très confortable, spacieux et propre dans un splendide immeuble art déco. Tout près de Porta Susa, idéal si vous venez de Paris et le centre est très facilement accessible à pied ou en bus. Tout était parfait, literie très confortable et cuisine bien équipée.

  A great visit in Torino

  Beautiful apartment, very clean and lovely views of Torino. Accessible for Porta Susa metro, trams and buses. Nice cafes/ restaurants are plenty. A must visit when in Torino is La Pista 500 and Sassi-Superga Tram.

  Only to be aware this city does not have many restaurants that have pasta. More veal ,beef and many kinds of pizza of course !

  Pareltje in Turijn!

  Het is een fantastisch ruim appartement met uitstekende bedden. De ligging is ideaal, supermarkt, restaurantjes en metro op loopafstand. De host was zeer goed bereikbaar en reageerde snel op onze vragen. Echt een pareltje ontdekt en ik kom hier dan ook graag nog een keer terug!

  Прекрасен апартамент с отлична локация в близост до Politecnico di Torino и центъра на града, и на 5 мин. от автобусна спирка на Flix bus - Corso Vittorio Emanuele II 131. Апартамента предлага чистота, тишина, удобство. Вкусна пекарна до входа на жилищната сграда. Хранителен магазин и много и разнообразни кафенета и места за хапване. С удоволствие бихме отседнали отново в Urban Jungle apt.
