Not sure what to say really

As much as it was close to the centre of old Bratislava which was great, truly think twice of staying at this apartment. The agency a to blame and not the owners (perhaps they should look for another agency). See the ‘what didn’t you like’ section for further information.

The information for getting into the apartment - not the correct photo sent for the key safe so had to work out which one. Thank goodness for a friendly neighbour. Would have been helpful to know it was flat 5! On arrival - the bedroom door fell off its hinge - we had to temporarily repair. The Cooker and microwave were not connected to electricity - the agency did nothing to come and sort this or the door issue. From late evening there is a bleeping which is within the minute and gradually extends to every few minutes throughout the night - not great for a peaceful nights sleep. If the agency ensured that everything was in working order it would be a fantastic place to stay to visit Bratislava.
