Good location, but cleanliness and maintenance need improvement.

The studio is in an excellent location in central Alicante, making it an ideal choice for a short stay.

The studio was adequate for a one-night stay, but there were several issues that should be addressed. The shower had mould on the sealant around the base, which made the bathroom feel unclean. The main room had a strong damp smell throughout the stay. There was no information advising whether the tap water was safe to drink. The TV was positioned awkwardly, making it uncomfortable to watch. The toilet seat would not stay upright, which was inconvenient. With some attention to maintenance and a few small improvements, the overall guest experience would be much better.
