The apartment is spacious and spotlessly clean. Everything in it seemed brand new. The bed was very comfortable with a huge walk-in wardrobe. The kitchen was excellent. There's a well appointed gym downstairs and it's a short walk to the train station, for a quick and comfortable ride into the city. It's also very close to the massive Sylvia Park mall, with every shop you could possibly need. This makes staying here very good value for money, compared to staying closer to the city. I'd definitely stay here again.
As mentioned by others, the access is a bit cumbersome with a 6-digit code to be entered multiple times and then a second one for the apartment. But once you are used to it it's fine and does mean that it's very secure and you can't easily lock yourself out.

Great location easy access to shops and public transport. Quick trip to watch the All Blacks Game at Eden Park, we will definitely stay again. Quick, friendly communication from the team. Easy carpark.

Loved this place, sylvia park mall is fab!!
Got all mixed up to start with, as no reception staff, so got in a muddled, the lovely girl at the resido reception helped me .

Demande de Check-in plus tôt non pris en compte plus taille des lits
On a aimé l'appartement très grand avec deux douches et deux toilettes très pratique. l'emplacement a 3 minutes a peine du grand sylvia park shopping.
Notre demande d'arrivée plus tôt n'a pas été prise en compte, Envoyé le 20 AOÛT pour une arrivée le 30 AOÛT.Nous avons dû attendre 2h30 avec les valises pas de réception ou de salon d'attente....?Et il y avait dehors un vent glaciale. Nous avons appelé le contact donné mais il pouvait rien faire, heureusement qu'il y avait un salon d'attente juste a côté chez RESIDO APPARTEMENT un grand merci à eux. En ce qui concerne les lits trop petit pour la taille des chambres et surtout le confort, lits normale au lieu de lits KING-SIZE ...?

It was close to Sylvia Park where I got most of my things I needed
The couch was very uncomfortable and washing machine dryer found it hard to operate even with a manual
