    I initially hesitated to book because of the warning about noise from the trains running directly beside the apartment. In reality, the trains did not disturb us at all. They seemed to stop at around 10:00 or 10:30 p.m., and none of us was woken by them—not even my mother, who is extremely sensitive to noise. I am very glad that I booked the apartment, as the train noise was not an issue.

    The bathroom floor can get a little slippery after taking a shower, so please take extra care.

    Comfortable, clean and secure apartment walking distance to everything South London. Short walk to Elephant and Castle tube station but preferred Borough station northern line access which is also close by. Easy to /from Gatwick via London Bridge train station which is easy flat walk of less than 15 mins. Flat well appointed and communication from owners/ manager very good. E&C Sainsbury’s 3 minute walk.

    Next to train line bridge some noise but got used to that quickly so no issue.
