    Die Wohnung, die Sauberkeit sowie die Ausstattung. Die Nähe zum Stadtzentrum und der schöne Ausblick über die Stadt!!!

    Supi, hat gut gepasst für mich.

    Die guten hilfreichen Videos! Toll - dann weiss man wo alles ist.

    Die Tiefgarage ist relativ gross und Anfangs hat man grosse Mühe sich zu orientieren. Ohne Video hätte man fast keine Chance. Im 19.Stock hat es fürchterlich gestunken. Ich wollte die Ausssicht abchecken. Klar der 19.Stock hat nichts mit der Wohnung oder Vermieter zu tun. Die Notausgänge - die Schilder sind absolut nicht sichtbar wenn es dunkel ist. Ich hoffe es brennt nie in dieser Überbauung.

    Wir hatten sehr schöne und interessante Tage in Linz

    Die Unterkunft war sehr ansprechend und sauber, die Lage der Wohnung in der Stadt sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Es gibt in nächster Nähe Haltestellen für die S-Bahn. Super praktisch fanden wir auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt im Einkaufscenter im Wohnblock. Lift im Haus vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett, die Beschreibung, wie die Wohnung zu erreichen ist, sehr gut beschrieben. Wir können diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
