  The previous rental stayed with the dog, too much dog hair inside the property.

  Very disappointing and unacceptable experience. The apartment looked beautiful in the Booking.com photos, but the actual condition was completely different. The only thing that matched the photos was the view from the window. The apartment was extremely dirty. There was hair on the bed linen and in the bathroom, the floors were dirty and had clearly not been properly mopped, the microwave was dirty, and the glass surfaces and windows were covered with fingerprints, stains and splashes. The apartment looked as if it had not been properly cleaned for a very long time. I reported these issues on the very first day, but unfortunately, we did not receive adequate assistance. I had to spend my own time washing the bed linen and towels and cleaning the apartment myself just to make it reasonably usable. Instead of arriving and relaxing, I had to spend valuable time cleaning someone else's apartment. We paid a cleaning fee, taxes and the full accommodation price. This is completely unacceptable. We should not have had to clean or wash anything ourselves after paying for a professionally prepared accommodation. I have photographs showing the condition of the apartment when we arrived. If zero stars were possible, I would give zero. This was one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences I have had, and I would not recommend this apartment to other guests.

  Overall great location, car parking a plus but expensive . Clean apartment owners helpful when required due to fire-ala

  Close to where we needed to be near our son. Carpark useful.overall well maintained

  Need better instructions on where to put rubbish, where towels were in dryer found on day 2. Bed in one room screws fell out. Front door lock needs repair. Need to leave more toilet paper . Fire alarm went off and on when we arrived. Took until about 0100 to get fixed and turn off.would benefit from a folder with information about rubbish etc.

  3 fully separated bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 inside one of the 3 bedrooms), that was perfect because we were a couple + a family of 4. Well equipped kitchen too (even if we did not use it) and a secured indoor parking in the building (not included but not too expensive IMO)
