  Scam!

  Nothing - the biggest scam in booking.com history! I believe they have cameras in the apartment as they had emailed me to say they have my "image" to put on the dark web after i asked for my deposit back.

  Avoid this property. Extremely poor communication, questionable charges and an overdue deposit refund. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have had. The problems started before check-in. The booking included an additional cleaning fee and a 10% “service charge”. When I questioned what the service charge was actually for, the explanation changed. At one point it was described as being related to Malaysian tax/SST, then later I was told it was simply part of the property’s own pricing structure. Communication was consistently poor. Messages went unanswered for hours when we were due to check in, and getting clear information was unnecessarily difficult. Then, on the day of check-in, we were told we needed to pay an additional RM300 security deposit by direct bank transfer/DuitNow before being given access to the apartment. We were specifically told in writing that this deposit would be refunded within 2–3 days after checkout. We checked out on 8 October. The refund did not arrive. I repeatedly chased the property. Initially I was told the deposit would simply be returned to the “original payment method” and that they did not need my bank details, even though the deposit had been paid separately by bank transfer. After more chasing, they eventually admitted that their attempted refund had failed and then asked me for bank details. I supplied the requested payment information and repeatedly asked for either the money or proof of transfer. More than a week after their own promised refund deadline, I was still chasing them for my RM300. Booking.com ultimately had to contact the property itself and request the immediate release of the deposit. What makes this particularly frustrating is that this property also charged a separate 10% service fee, despite the fact that virtually every stage of dealing with them involved me doing the chasing. I had to chase check-in information. I had to chase explanations of charges.

  Great stay, comfortable and would definitely come again

  Beautiful view, clean room, comfortable place and nice swimming pool

  Lifts often full and slow. Bathroom clean but black tiles make it look dark at night
