    Alles in allem sehr gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis!

    Die Lage ist ruhig, es ist eine Neubauwohnung im Erdgeschoss mit großer Terrasse (allerdings in den Innenhof). Sie ist sehr sauber und die Einrichtung ist stilvoll & neu. Ein großer Smart TV, gutes WLAN. Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler & Waschmaschine, Fön - auch an Geschirr & Utensilien ist alles da. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war 1A und schnell. Es wurde sogar ein kostenloser Early-Checkin möglich gemacht ☺️ Das Bett ist sehr weich aber das ist Geschmacksache. Bettwäsche gut und frisch / sauber.

    Mann hört teilweise die Schritte der oberen Nachbarn am Abend, aber da kann der Vermieter natürlich nichts dafür. Die Armatur im Bad ist unglücklich platziert bzw. zu "kurz" - ordentliches Händewaschen ist schwer. Der Auslauf müsste weiter zur Mitte des Beckens ragen. Die Couch ist nicht sonderlich bequem. Aber das sind alles Kleinigkeiten.
