    Fantastic apartment and very good services provided! Large, modern and with all necessary utilities; AC in all rooms (very efficient); More than plenty free parking spaces around the building. Lidl, Kaufland and Interspar very close (5-8 minutes walking). Do not be intrigued by the look of the building: it is actually a very interesting block of flats with a very normal and lively community. If you are interested, you can study more about the history of the building. It is worth it.
