    Would not return .

    Location was central to everything. Noise volumes loud due to how busy the city gets but I was aware of this when booking.

    Not maintained, we had bathroom doors that would not close and got stuck when opening and spent the week having to use bathrooms without closing doors, despite reporting them. Air con was down for a day although repaired within 24 hours . Lift was out for 24 hours and we needed it for elderly person with wheelchair so had to spend the day inside , I had to chase a few times before they came out and fixed it so a day wasted inside. Lacked toilet rolls for a week stay and the ones there looked like they had fallen down the toilet and been reused. Insufficient towel supply although more were delivered when raised. Duvets had no covers and private persons hair was on them so didn’t use. Cups and glasses stained where they had not been washed properly . One shower only had cold water.
