Location is great. Rooms are also great.

But the staff at the restaurant and check in were not pleasant. The person at the check in was not friendly. My partner who was a tourist and was paying for the room had to pay the IVA. just because I am colombian. We explained that in other places that we visited he did not have to pay the IVA. He just did not want to help. The other thing that was odd, it was the restaurant, when we went to have breakfast. We did not understand why it took so long to get the coffee ready!! we got there around 7am....no coffee for a long time! to the point we had to leave and find coffee outside the hotel. And every time we asked, he was not helpful and kind of rude. There were other tourist wondering why it was taking so long... I really hesitate to leave this review cause I don't want to cause any trouble for these employees...but someone has to talk to them and polish their customer service skills.
