    When you go on holidays you don't want problems and want to sleep well...

    The apartment is nice and well decorated. Nice neighborhood, close to the city center ( 10 minutes ride by bus) and well connected. They gave us good support by phone, everytime we call they were there to fix the problems.

    Collecting the keys was relatively easy and well explained, the problem was getting in the garage and property and using the different keys provided. The parking space has a door with lock that doesn´t work well, so there was a time we could not open the gate and therefore park the car. We had to call them to get instructions.... Getting out and in the building is a challenge. It took us some time to figure out the maze. The beds look good but once you lay down you realize they are too soft and have no proper support, after 4 nights there I had a terrible back pain! Towels provided are small, old and insufficient! We call and they came with more. Tableware = insufficient and broken ( only 4 small dishes .. cracked mug ). You want to be able to use the dishwasher but with 4 dishes is impossible! We had a blackout last night we were there, we didn't know what was wrong ... we manage to find the breakers and fix it. We turn on the toaster and happen again...(it happened twice)... we believe was the toaster .... No instructions provided anywhere in the apartment on how appliances worked. Again we call and they explained.
