    Beautiful, historic , unique place to most and stay

    Loved that there were beautiful gardens, a chapel, a shop so much to explore on sight, so historic!

    Good location near to Durham, good surroundings.

    This is a fascinating building with an interesting history. Very friendly and helpful staff.

    Fire door outside the bedroom slammed, restrainer not working properly but this was a minor thing.
