GREAT LOCATION - NOT SO GREAT ROOM
I booked in good faith, the location is great and we walked everywhere, however the room did not meet up to our expectations, the bathroom was small with the sink tap being in a strange position, the water in day one was cold which was then fixed but seemed to have a mind of its own turning cold and then very hot which left my children in a concern of getting burnt. The room was decent but the floor was not hoovered great, the staff we met were all very nice, overall I think we paid alot more then what we were expecting.
bathroom - not designed very well, toilet roll holder and sink tap in odd places. housekeeping - the floor was not hoovered well

Le petit-déjeuner inclus et personnel accueillant et serviable.
Expérience très désagréable, on entre par les parties communes d’un immeuble, les chambres sont mitoyennes, un jeu de clés imposant à transporter durant tout le séjour, chambre spacieuse mais très mal équipée, goblets en guise de tasse pour se servir un thé, salle de bain mal-entretenue, arrosoir de douche inutilisable, même les bouteilles d’eau pétillantes n’étaient pas pétillantes. Rien qui ne va dans cet hôtel qui n’en est pas un.

The perfect place to stay in Rome. Beyond our expectations!
We loved the loacation. It was close to everything, had a beautiful view and was still very quiet. Our room had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable and the room was much larger than expected.
