Good hotel with garden-like atmosphere
The public areas of the hotel were great - lots of tables and chairs set up in little nooks and crannies in garden settings. Breakfast was good and the restaurant also served dinner (quite good!) The room was comfortable and we liked the location - near supermarkets., restaurants, and a pretty square.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, en una zona muy tranquila y cercana a sitios turísticos. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y el aseo impecable. La opción de desayuno es muy variada y deliciosa.!
En el desayuno, pedimos unos huevos al gusto y se demoraron mucho tiempo. Adicionalmente pedimos opciones de café alternativas a la ofrecida en el desayuno, con cargo a la habitación, pero no nos ofrecieron ninguna alternativa. El café que ofrecen en el desayuno podría mejorar su temperatura, ya que lo sirven tibio.

Sentimientos encontrados.
Habitaciones amplias con tina. Cama comoda. Bonita vista. El Sr Juan Carlos Alzate (botones) fue sumamente amable y trató en todo momento de acomodarnos. Andrea en el restaurante tambien fue muy agradable. Con motivo de mi cumpleaños, el hotel me regaló de cortesia un pequeño postre y unos chocolates; fue un lindo detalle. Nos concedieron un late check out hasta la 1 pm.
Los televisores no son smart tv. La tina en la habitacion 1208 tiene una fuga; toda la habitacion se inundó anoche y nos tocó limpiar toda el agua por dos horas. Si la tina esta defectuosa, no deberian asignar esa habitación. El desayuno puede mejorar.
