A wonderful place for a mini break in October

Апартаменти повністю відповідають опису та фото. Є навіть ті зручності, які в описі не вказані: наприклад, фен і праска. Чудове розміщення, за кілька хвилин пішки від моря, різних ресторанів та супермаркетів. Але при цьому не біля шумної дороги, а на дуже затишний вулиці. Дуже привітний та уважний власник, допоміг із трансфером з аеропорту та з усіма питаннями, які виникали. З нами поділилися підказками щодо транспорту до Афін, підказували хороші місця в місті. Лише якнайкращі рекомендації!
Наша сім'я для себе мінусів не знайшла. Хіба що нам варто було перепитати завчасно про фен, щоб не везти його із собою :)

Uninhabitable Due to Mold – Had to Leave After a Few Hours, No Refund
We booked this apartment for a week, but we couldn’t even stay for one night due to mold issues. Upon arrival, the apartment had a strong moldy odor, and we noticed visible moisture damage, including peeling paint and bubbling walls. Despite reaching out to the owner, he just told us to open the windows, but that didn't help too much. Within a few hours, both of us started coughing, and we couldn’t sleep due to the overpowering smell. It was clear that staying here was a health risk and we had no choice but to leave in the middle of the night and find alternative accommodation. Even worse, the owner refused even a partial refund, so we lost all the money we paid. The apartment may look nice in photos, but the ongoing moisture and mold issues make it completely uninhabitable. Despite the owner claiming the apartment had been recently renovated, it is clear that serious underlying issues had not been addressed. This was a very disappointing and costly experience, and I would strongly advise against booking this place unless these issues are addressed.
