The property was nicely decorated and well positioned within the town.
The apartment was completely empty apart from the furniture. There were no information leaflets. There was nothing in the kitchen, not even a grain of salt. No dishwashing tablets or soap in any of the bathrooms The towels were worn and grey/white. We had to wash them before use. The tea towels were full of holes and should have been consigned to the bin. Some cups were chipped and the glasses were grubby. The only hairdryer was broken and was reported. No replacement was forthcoming, even though it was reported. Outside in the small garden the patio umbrella was broken and the cloth material had come away from the spindles. The garden furniture was badly worn and is in need of replacement. Since our arrival home we had to chase the agents for a refund of our breakage deposit only to find that we received a penalty for staining on the towels which was caused by makeup I’m told. Overall the property itself apart from all of the above was just ok. I shall never rent a property which is managed by Globalplano in the future.

Spacious clean and well located
Some of the furnishings were well worn (outside umbrella for example) and some maintenance is needed on the property (peeling paint/cracks/wobbly bannister)

Not a good experience and rental office staff were extremely rude and did not induce a return visit
Nothing as the estate agent was rude and the whole stay was a money scam
Pool was a hazzard with broken tiles and the cleaning was shockingly poor plus the towel arrangement was a disgrace I would advice future customers to bring their own towels as the fee for soiled towels is disgraceful Also the pick up point for keys is ridiculous for out of time guests another money scam in my opinion Filthy mattresses as well covered in urine stains Charged €50 extra for out of hours pick up keys yet the office as open
