Overall Good and ok to stay at v7 nice happy stay 😊👍

Check-In was disappointing. After a long day we arrived at the hotel. Guy at the check-In counter was not able to find our reservation due to some server issue. It took over 30 minutes for them to resolve the issue.

This hotel is a total waste in terms of both hotel quality and service. The clerks who work at the reception are not only immature and stupid but also unprofessional. When I checked-in after 24 hour long air travel at 3am, I provided my valid photo ID and the credit card that I used to book this hotel. (This is standard norm in all other hotels that I stayed). The clerks at reception said they needed 1 more photo ID. The bed was the smallest bed ever I noticed in a hotel. It looked like the bed is meant for small kids and if I used it, I would fall. I couldn't sleep for a minute on that bed. Horrible people, horrible hotel overall.
