    Birthday Weekend Away

    Lovely well kept accomodation on an amazing neck of the Wilge river entering the Vaal Dam, spent most of the time at the water's edge celebrating my Birthday. Was a most wonderful and peaceful time. Built in braai and large verandah area was great for braaing and chilling outdoors.

    Could be a little more entertainment on hand, maybe a dart board or something like that. Beds were a bit firm, not the most comfortable, but good enough for a night of sleep. Suggestion to cut a few more trees to improve fishing access would be great.

    A home away from home

    The host thought of everything needed to make it feel like a home away from home. The highlight for me was the dishwasher, nobody likes washing dishes and the home had one. Every item one would or could need was available, we were in need for nothing during the stay. I will definitely book again during spring

    Just the beds were a bit uncomfortable
