    wir durften schon früher einchecken sehr freundliche Vermieter Außenterrasse war sehr schön Spülmaschine

    die Bahn störte etwas - aber das wussten wir vorher

    Nous reviendrons chez Carlo et Licia avec plaisir !

    Une jolie maison avec du cachet et tout confort, très bien équipée (tv, électroménager, climatisation efficace et silencieuse). Idéale pour rayonner dans la région (Pise, Lucques, Florence, Livourne...). La gare, le centre-ville de Viareggio et les plages (payantes ou gratuites) sont très proches à vélo, l'extérieur fleuri est agréable et la maison dispose d'une place de stationnement privée appréciable. Bref, une maison vivante où l'on a plaisir de passer des vacances. À souligner aussi la gentillesse et les conseils de Carlo et Licia.

    Pas grand chose, peu être le bruit de la voie ferrée au début mais rien de vraiment gênant, nous avons parfaitement dormi.
