Clean and spacious
As expected. This is a typical Italian flat (as I am Italian it was as I would expect). Comfortable space. Very clean. Minimal toiletries (bring shampoo, conditioner and soap as you may not find them there). We did not cook but it seems the apartment has what needed in the kitchen. No A/C therefore I would not recommend it if you travel in the summer (especially if you are used to A/C comforts). No elevator so if you travel with older people or are unable to carry luggage please be advised there are 3 flight of stairs. The flat is located at the third floor. They have spacious parking space and it's gated. Town centre is 15 minute walk away. If you travel with small children or older people please be aware there is no continuous sidewalk to arrive in town. Passignano is very cute and the historical Rocca is worth visiting. Communication with owner was very good. Very nice people!

Appartamento molto grande e accogliente fornito di tutto. Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte ma volendosi fermare di più è fornito anche del servizio lavanderia. Molto pulito e curato, ci ha fornito anche lenzuola e asciugamani. Consiglio sicuramente

Would stay again but not in a heatwave!
It was huge and had everything we needed.
It was absolutely boiling. It was exceptionally hot temperatures but we could have done with more fans.
