    A lovely family stay with beautiful lagoon and mountain views

    Everything was perfect. Clean, convenient location with the car and easy parking, full kitchen with all the amenities including coffee, sugar, olive oil etc. Roberto was an excellent host checking on us that everything was ok and providing info of the local Friday market, nice nearby restaurants etc.

    Some people have commented that there is a busy road next to the house and this is true, but the windows block sound well and we are from a city so this was not a problem for us and we slept very well.

    Overall great accomodation, nothing worth to complain.

    Good location, easy to park, stores near by with the car, clean and very spacious appartment with a view to the near by park.

    Roberto was great as we came 2 more than the plan but all worked out ...

    Close to Iseo and the heart of Franciacorta. Restaurant and store right below the apartment and a big balcony... Morning sun and evening shade. Perfect.

    Hard to get a taxi on sunday, and no busses on sunday... When in Iseo drive and drink a bit less.

    Kortom: een ruim appartement op een goede locatie, met een geweldig uitzicht

    We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in VACANZE LAGO D'ISEO e FRANCIACORTA 2 en zouden hier zonder twijfel nog een keer naartoe gaan. Allereerst een groot compliment voor gastheer Roberto. Hij is ontzettend vriendelijk, gastvrij en altijd goed benaderbaar. De communicatie verliep uitstekend en hij doet er alles aan om ervoor te zorgen dat je verblijf zo prettig mogelijk is. Het appartement is ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het absolute hoogtepunt is het prachtige uitzicht over de lagunes ten zuiden van het Iseomeer. Vooral 's avonds is het uitzicht spectaculair, wanneer de dorpjes tegen de berghellingen sfeervol verlicht zijn. Een groot pluspunt zijn de twee balkons. Het kleinebalkon aan de oostzijde is heerlijk in de ochtendzon. Wordt het daar later op de dag te warm, dan kun je eenvoudig uitwijken naar het grote balkon aan de westzijde, waar je juist weer heerlijk kunt zitten. De ligging (voor ons) was ideaal: net buiten het gezellige Iseo, waardoor je niet midden in de drukte zit, maar wel alles binnen enkele minuten bereikbaar hebt. Zo ligt de enorme Esselunga-supermarkt vlakbij en ook de Lidl in Iseo is snel te bereiken.

    Als we dan toch een klein minpuntje moeten noemen, dan is het de relatief drukke weg die je kunt horen. Ook maken de buitenunits van de airconditioning behoorlijk wat geluid en geven ze veel warmte af wanneer de airco in gebruik is. Dat is echter alleen merkbaar als je de airconditioning gebruikt en deed voor ons weinig af aan het verblijf.
