I loved the location, it was close to our house so my family and friends weren't far away, within walking distance.
There were only two wash clothes for 7 people. I requested more wash clothes twice and never got them.They did bring more towels but didn't need them. Good thing I didn't live far so I brought them from my house. No bath mats in two of the bathrooms. Did get them later. No grab bars to get out of the tubs. Light and fan in living room never worked. A couple of days into the stay my two guests in the room with the single beds got all bit up by bugs. ( bed bugs) As we got looking they seemed to be in the bed frame. The host always got back to me on my concerns and appreciated any feedback. The house is due for a paint job inside and the carpet should go. A a very deep cleaning. And the outside could use a power washing. I am in the business of clean so I can see more things than others. Due to the issue of the bugs and the comfort of my two guests I did ask for some kind of discount, not a refund just some kind of adjustment. And I was told no. Now living in Naples and knowing the cost of things I kind of understand, but it was not inexpensive to rent this house and I wanted my guests to have a great experience. I probably will not recommend this place to anyone due to that fact. And it's a shame because it is in should a convenient location to everything we have to offer here.
