Not worth the money
The property was beach front.
When we arrived it took over an hour for the hosts to answer their phone. I had to ring the main company to get the correct address. carpets were very stained and dirty. All window shutters were not working and one bedroom was in darkness as the shutter was closed and did not work. Another shutter was broken and laid on the floor outside the door, Master bedroom main light did not work , so struggled to see in there. All furniture looked very tired and dirty , BBQ was an old one and did not look fit for purpose. In all it was not worth the money i paid for the week.

Great location and views but the spec doesnt reflect the price.
Amazing central location and fantastic views. The apartment was a great size and was bright and airy.
The spec wasn’t what we expected, especially for the price. The decor is nice but the whole building is dated. The apartment kitchen really needs improving. The bathrooms were old but ok except there is not one hook to hang a towel anywhere.

Big, bright and airy with an excellent location close to the beach and shopping. Fabulous large balcony with great sea front views and a very convenient pool located on the property too. Perfect for our needs as central to everything yet quiet, lots of supermarkets close by also.
Maybe plan your return flight to tie in with check out as there is nowhere on the property to store your luggage once checked out if you have a late flight.

Dobra jakość do ceny. Szybko reagujący personel.
Lokalizacja. Bardzo blisko centrum (Puerto Banus), ale na tyle odsunięty, że wracający imprezowicze nad ranem nie przeszkadzali.
Niedziałające w dwóch pokojach rolety na oknach (jasno 24/7) i zepsute markizy na tarasach.
