  I feel bad making above complaints because this place has so much going for it! €3k is a lot for one week so I’m giving

  It was big bright and clean and had a swimming pool and lovely walk to beach. It was well kitted out with everything from iron to easy to use smart tv, had everything! Close to beach and 20 mins walk to old town which is best place to hang out.

  Communication could have been better - eg on Thurs our AC WAS STUCK at 17 so it was way too cold. AC guy came Fri morning, took the whole switch panel away and never came back so we were way too cold at night. Left today and he still hadn’t returned! No coffee machine so we bought a load of instant coffees - day 3 lovely coffee machine appeared but too late as we didn’t buy pods. For almost €3k for a week those things shouldn’t happen. Also they are refurbing an old hotel next door so from 7am the machinery started and bit was it loud. When you went to the pool it was ferocious because it’s right beside you.

  Très mauvaise expérience

  Très mauvaise expérience. Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué, la location n’est pas gérée directement par le propriétaire mais par une agence. Le personnel de cette agence est très désagréable, manque de respect et va jusqu’à menacer d’appeler la police en cas de bruit, avant même notre arrivée. L’annonce mentionne un parking sur place, mais une fois arrivés, on nous demande de payer 10 € supplémentaires par jour. Une forte odeur d’égouts est présente dans les salles de bain, ce qui est très désagréable. Les lits et les coussins sont très inconfortables et il n’y a aucun drap de rechange. Pour un appartement prévu pour 6 personnes, il n’y avait que 5 serviettes, ce qui est inacceptable. Le soi-disant cadeau de bienvenue se résume à une simple éponge pour faire la vaisselle. L’immeuble est un immeuble résidentiel à l’année, absolument pas adapté aux touristes ni à des vacances : on ne s’y sent pas du tout en vacances. Les photos de l’annonce ne reflètent pas la réalité : ni l’état actuel de l’appartement, ni la vue sur mer annoncée. Depuis le balcon, la première chose visible est un hangar, donnant l’impression d’être dans une zone industrielle. De plus : * L’éclairage du garage ne fonctionne pas. * L’ascenseur ne fonctionne qu’avec une clé : si vous l’oubliez, vous restez bloqué. * À l’arrivée, on nous a demandé une caution de 600 € en espèces, avec un remboursement annoncé 3 jours après le départ par virement, ce qui n’était pas clairement précisé à l’avance. En résumé, je ne recommande absolument pas cet appartement.

  Cozy and fun place to stay

  We loved our stay in this cozy apartment. its very well located near the beach, tasty restaurants and beach clubs. We had lots of fun! Without any doubts I would definitely repeat my stay in this property whenever I come back!
