A nice refuge after exploring a historic city
The host, Anahit, was such a great introduction to such a beautiful country. Extremely welcoming and always available if needed during our stay. The location of the accomodation itself is not too bad. Home to one of the oldest known permanent human settlements within Yerevan, the Shengavit district lies a bit on the outskirts of Yerevan city center and requires taking public transport to reach the city center, luckily there is a Metro stop about a 7 minute walk away from the accomodation. The accomodation itself is quite cozy, and is definitely good value for money. The bed was quite cozy, and the place was fully equipped for a 5, 6, or even 7 night stay. Possibly even more. The area around felt quite safe and there is even a convenient parking lot right next door to park your car.
Some of the aspects of the accomodation could use some updating and maintenance. For example, some of the pipes in the bathroom are quite heavily rusted, or the small windows have quite a bit of rust/grime around them, and one of them doesn't fully close all the way. Also, some od the extra pillows that were available in the closet weren't the cleanest. We also found a couple of silverfish in the accomodation as well. However, none of this detracted from our stay, which I can say confidently having stayed for nearly a week.

Nice place in Yerevan for short and long-term stays.
Great location, close to shops and metro station. Clean and well-equipped apartment. Friendly and helpful owner. The price was attractive too.

Great choice for a stay in Yerevan !
Very clean apartment well-equipped ideal for short or long-term stays. What was very convenient was the fact that a large supermarket was located just 300 m away from the apartment and that a metro station was reachable by 5 minutes walking distance only. The owner was very responsive and helpful too in cases I needed something. The price was reasonable.

Great location overall, recommend it
- Great location, located next to Shengavit metro station which is a 10 minute ride to the city centre - Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and gave clear check-in instructions - Access to laundry machine - Good internet
- Could be maintained a bit better but did the job - Small bathroom
