    Appartement avec beaucoup d'atouts, mais...

    L'emplacement à Saint Gilles est excellent avec commerces à proximité, accès plage avec filet anti requin au pied de l'immeuble. La résidence est calme.

    Le ménage est très approximatif. Il n'y avait pas le nécessaire pour les 4 couchages: une solution a été apportée dans la soirée. Finition de l'appartement à revoir: la clim de la chambre ne fonctionne pas, prise électrique non encastrée dans le mur, luminaire sans abat jour, empoule grillée...
