    The parking behind the building was out of sight and safe. The apartment was well equipped and had good modern design. Good amenities and bbq gear for summer. Lots of space, good TV, large fridge. Right next to the local church and close to a lake with a park. I had an issue and the host was responding quickly even during night time.

    The apartment I was in had a mold problem. That is, the mattress covers were all shades of green and white. Slept there one night and then moved early to another hotel. The temperature was hard set at 18°C and I had to contact the owner to nudge it over 20, remotely. Depends on your personal preferences if this is a con for you or not. But good to know for people who like their accommodation warm.
