    Not Worth Your Money

    Breakfast

    We definitely did not get our money's worth at this hotel. We had previously stayed in the Maldives at half the price and received a far superior experience — you can genuinely find much better for less. The biggest issue here is management. While neighboring resorts are running at full capacity, this hotel remains remarkably empty — and it is no coincidence. Guests notice the difference. In our opinion, the current manager lacks the skills and experience needed to run this property properly. With a more capable and guest-focused manager, this place could be so much better. We were on a full board package, yet certain items on the menu came with an extra charge. Rather than paying additionally, we had to order alternative dishes at the same restaurant. This is simply unacceptable for a full board arrangement and was never clearly communicated to us beforehand. To the Egyptian owners of this property: please take this feedback seriously. The resort has potential, but that potential is being wasted without the right leadership in place.
