  Probably best not to.......

Loved location. House was nice although tired in places. The staff I dealt with were nice and tried to be helpful. See below...of they sort out the management then this is a gteat place and I can deal with it being tired in places.

Look at my other reviews - I am not the person that doesnt get their own way and then destroys with a review. This has been worse experience on renting a villa ever. The management of the property.just isnt good enough. It felt like they had scrimped on maitenance and touching up that is needed when you rent somewhere out. The pool took about three days to clean as it was green. The carpet in living space needed fixing and was a healt hazard (at least two injuries) Just to add insult to this having issues getting deposit back.....need a holiday to get over this

Very nice villa in central location

We loved the spacious and well equipped villa located in the center of the Algarve region. We enjoyed the great garden with the nice pool as well as the comfortable beds.

Certain parts of the villa require a little repair (e.g. big spot on the ceiling due to an old water leak). Those appear to be very simple and quick but are obviously not done.
