There is a charge of 250.00 Euros per week for use of the Jacuzzi to be paid at check in. There is a charge for heating the pool of 480.00 Euros per week to be paid at check in. There is a charge for heating the house in the winter of 280.00 Euros per week to be paid at check in. There is no charge for air conditioning. There is a gardener coming twice per week to look after the property and the Jacuzzi. Laundry and cleaning through the week is available at an additional charge - one time per week is 180.00Euros to be paid at check in.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
