  Fantastisch appartement, super service en op loopafstand van het centrum.

  Het appartement was heel gezellig en knus ingericht en echt van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook de locatie was top, op loopafstand van het centrum. Giorgia was super behulpzaam, werkelijk niks was haar teveel. We werden persoonlijk door haar verwelkomd en toen de föhn stuk ging, had ik binnen 5 minuten een nieuwe. Ook op vragen antwoordde ze supersnel, echt een top host! Ik kan dit appartement dan ook van harte aanbevelen.

  Niks, we voelden ons meteen helemaal thuis.

  Beware, it's under construction and has a building being demolished wall to wall next to it

  The inside of the apartment was as described

  From the moment we arrived at the property, it became clear that the actual conditions were completely different from what had been represented to us when we made the reservation. We had contacted the property in advance, but we were never warned that extensive construction was taking place or that the building was in such poor condition. Upon arrival, we found the entire building covered in dust and surrounded by ongoing construction. There was debris falling from the upper floors, and our apartment was full of dust. There was constant noise, construction debris, and an overall unsafe and unacceptable environment. We immediately informed Georgina, who welcomed us at the property, that the conditions were unacceptable and that we could not stay under these circumstances. She assured us that the workers would stop immediately and that no further construction work would take place for the remainder of our stay. Unfortunately, this assurance was not honored. As soon as we left the property to visit the city, the construction work continued. My husband returned to the apartment in the middle of the afternoon and found that the work was still taking place. The construction was so disruptive that even the smoke alarm in the apartment was triggered. The following morning, we were awakened by the sound of saws and hammers. This made it completely impossible to have the peaceful and safe stay that we had paid for. We were eventually offered a change of apartment, but by that point it was our last day of the stay, making the proposed solution completely inadequate and far too late to remedy the situation.

  Precioso apartamento y ubicación perfecta

  Giorgia fue muy amable y nos facilitó la entrada al apartamento antes de la hora del check in, lo cual nos facilitó la visita a la ciudad. También nos dio recomendaciones de monumentos a visitar y donde comer.

  Tuvimos que depositar 200 euros de fianza, lo cual no se indicaba en el anuncio del establecimiento. Esta fue devuelta a los 5 días hábiles.

  Leuk verblijfsadres in Russafa

  De persoonlijke aanpak van het personeel. Oriana heeft ons fantastisch verwelkomd en gaf ons heel goede tips voor restaurants. Het appartement was heel proper en alles wat we nodig hadden was ter beschikking. Een echte aanrader!

  Un'esperienza eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista. L'appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica ed è moderno, pulito, spazioso e dotato di ogni comfort, sia nelle zone comuni che nei bagni. Nota di merito per la referente locale, Giorgia: la sua straordinaria gentilezza e disponibilità nel fornire consigli utili hanno fatto la differenza. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con acqua, vino e un'ottima macchina del caffè, ideale per iniziare la giornata insieme alle specialità dei vicini forni artigianali del quartiere. Nonostante l'alloggio sia al piano terra, l'insonorizzazione è ottima e non abbiamo avvertito alcun rumore. Infine, abbiamo apprezzato molto la comodità e la sicurezza del deposito bagagli con codice d'accesso nella struttura centrale, disponibile sia per il check-in che per il check-out. Consigliatissimo!
