  So, to sum it up not the best, not the worst experience, but for it to be worth the money, the price needs to be adjuste

  All in all, the apartment is a nice place, however, does not live up to the price. I would give it 6 out of 10 to be fair looking at value for money. Me and my partner stayed for 1 week in the middle of summer, so the weather was great and it was really nice that the beach is so close it takes about 5 minutes on foot to get there. However, please be aware that it is in an area where the beach is a bit calmer. If you walk up the beach towards the harbor there will be more life, more beach chairs to rent and better restaurants to dine at. One thing to note about the area is the calmness and distance away from Valencia. If you are looking to go to the city more than one day during your stay, be ready for a 20-25 minutes’ drive to the inner city, as well as the fact that the food quality at the restaurants around the apartment is nothing to write home about. As for the apartment itself it is very spacey and can easily fit 2-3 people. The bed is very nice and stern, and you have the option of using both a refrigerator and a freezer. Please note there is a lot of storage space as well, if you are staying for longer, as well as the fact that you will find beach chairs and a parasol in the apartment as well, for the beach.

  On the other side we did find multiple things less satisfactory when you are considering the price of the place. The many cupboards in the kitchen seem to not be cleaned probably with dust and crumbs laying around as well as some half-burnt popcorn found with the plates. Furthermore, some things are falling a bit apart like the towel holder in the toilet hanging half in the wall, the toilet paper holder being to close to the toilet, it is a bit of a challenge to switch out the roll as well as the toothbrush cupholder being straight up dirty from prior use. We kindly set it aside and did not use it. Moreover, there is air-conditioning, however it is not the best and does take some time for the apartment to cool down to a nice level. The bathroom towels seemed to be new, which at first is nice, however, not sure if they were washed properly before use, as they would leave a significant amount of lint and textile fibers all over your body after drying yourself.

  Balcon avec vue sur la mer et la plage a quelques minutes a pied. Belle piscine avec maitre nageur.

  L'appartement est tres fonctionnel et nous voyons bien la mer et la plage du balcon. La plage tres agreable est a quelques minutes de la propriete avec une belle promenade menant aux restaurants. La piscine avec maitre nageur est magnifique et facilite l'entree dans la piscine de personnes handicappes. La propriete est tres bien entretenue.

  la machine a laver le linge ne fonctionnait pas bien que notre tres sympathique hote Angel a pris par deux fois notre linge pour le faire nettoyer! Faudrait prevoir plus de vaisselle (nous etions 2 personnes) et une bouilloire d'eau.
