    Achtung - Kakerlaken-Befall

    Die Lage ist super. Es ist nicht die schönste Gegend aber man hat es nicht weit zum Strand mit dem Rad und zum Turia Park auf Höhe der Stadt der Künste und Wissenschaften kommt man auf zu Fuß.

    Achtung, Kakerlaken-Befall! Das Appartement ist sehr teuer und befindet sich nicht in der besten Gegend. Das wussten wir, erwarten bei dem Preis dann aber eine entsprechende Ausstattung. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit sein nasses Geschirr abzustellen, keine Garderobe und auf der Dachterrasse (Gemeinschaftsterrasse) gibt es keine Polster auf den Sitzen. Etwas unbequem. Wir waren nicht das erste Mal da aber ganz sicher das letzte Mal. Die Appartements sind mittlerweile etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Am schlimmsten für uns aber war, dass das Appartement von Kakerlaken befallen ist. Es fing am 2. oder 3. Abend an. Wir haben sie in der Dusche entdeckt. Mehrere kleine. Sie verkriechen sich bei Licht schnell im Mauerwerk.. Haben natürlich sofort sea Port informiert. Die Reaktion war lächerlich. Es kam einen Tag später jemand und hat den Boden gewischt und frische Handtücher hingelegt. Das war's! Keinerlei Abhilfe. Bei einem Kakerlaken Befall erwartet man einen Kammerjäger aber nicht jemanden der einmal den Boden wischt. Dann haben wir auch sehr große tote Kakerlaken im Treppenhaus entdeckt die nicht entfernt wurden. Obwohl wir sea Port sogar darauf hingewiesen haben lagen sie mehrere Tage im Treppenhaus rum. Auch von booking kam erst als wir wieder Zuhause waren eine Reaktion, allerdings auch kein entgegenkommen. Nun werden wir rechtliche Schritte einleiten müssen da wir Rechte haben, die man missachtet. Uns steht eine entsprechende Entschädigung zu. Übrigens, der Fahrtsuhl ging die letzten 3 Tage auch nicht. Das Appartement war im 4. Stock.
