  En fantastisk terrass Bra kök med stora ytor Välstädat Bra värde för pengarna. Enkel kommunikation med värd Trevligt grannskap med matbutiker och restauranger. Vi skulle definitivt bo där igen

  Lite slitna möbler med tyg som släppte från stolar. Lite hårda sängar för min smak. Dörren öppnades med en app och den strulade lite. Ovanstående var inga avgörande saker men som drog ner helhetsintrycket från en 10 till en 9,5.

  Perfect place to take refuge in the middle of Valencia.

  Everything was excellent, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay at in Valencia. Kitchen is so well equipped, the two bigger bedrooms and the living room have AC and the terrace is so big and filled with beautiful green plants! You can feel the love and care everywhere.

  Only things are that there’s an ant infestation on the plant next to the dining table and they like to climb, the kids room doesn’t have any AC and the AC unit in the living room leaks water. But honestly they didn’t affect the quality of our stay at all, this is more of a heads up to more squeamish people.

  Affordable big enough appt in good location.

  Close to train stations, car parks, supermarkets and restaurants. Nice roof terrace, only in hot Summer a bit useless during the day. App to get in appt worked fine.

  Loud aircon in bedrooms (happy that they do have aircon of course). Slow and small elevator, general condition of house is that it is worn, could use an update here and there. But generally it has the required facilities.
