    Una experiencia absolutamente vergonzosa. Hice mi reserva con mucha antelación y, justo cuando iba a embarcar, me la cancelaron alegando que debía pagar en efectivo. Accedí a esa condición, pero al llegar a Italia, nadie respondió a mis llamadas ni a mis mensajes. Me dejaron sin alojamiento en un país extranjero, con todo el viaje organizado y sin ninguna solución. Una falta de respeto, seriedad y responsabilidad inadmisible. No recomiendo este alojamiento. Nadie debería pasar por una situación así después de confiar en una reserva.

    Considero que alojamientos que actúan de esta manera no deberían promocionarse en una plataforma como Booking. Es inadmisible que se ofrezca un servicio que no garantiza ni seriedad ni responsabilidad, dejando a los viajeros desamparados en un país extranjero. La confianza de los clientes merece respeto y este tipo de experiencias no deberían permitirse.

    Come prepared with cash

    Fantastic location within a short walk to both the Colosseum and the train station. It was easy to get into with the pictures and instructions that we were given. Good communication from the host. It was very close to Gelateria Fassi, where we went for great gelato multiple times. The host arranged a nice ride for us from the airport, which I was very grateful for.

    There was a bit of a misunderstanding when we first arrived about payment for the apartment. I had understood that we needed to pay the city tax with cash, but didn't quite catch that we actually needed to pay for the entire stay with cash. I had put in my card information online when booking, so I thought I'd already paid, but I didn't realize it was never charged. I didn't have enough cash with me, so we had to make a run to exchange money first thing in the morning. It was a very stressful start to our stay, but it worked out just fine.

    Good place in Rome!

    We liked the location. We could do an early check-in. It was clean.

    Oven and washing machine weren't plugged in and didn't have a manual or instruction. We missed tea towel for the dishes.
