    La ubicación

    El sofá del comedor muy incómodo. Faltaban utensilios en la cocina, por ejemplo había un horno y no había ninguna bandeja para utilizarlo. El extractor no funcionaba. El suelo de la terraza nada cuidado. y había una barbacoa pero los vecinos de arriba se quejaban con razón de que el humo les entraba en sus casas, con lo cuál el uso de ella se hace complicado.
