It was a decent place to stay and staff was very friendly and helpful. However, this is not a luxury resort as the webs
The location was convenient to other popular places and the beach access was nice. It had a nice, small pool.
The property was very dated. My bedroom was a loft and the ceiling was very low leading into the bathroom and in the bathroom. I hit my head on a beam several times and my head touched the ceiling in the bathroom, so I had to constantly stoop. Much of the property is open air and therefore hot and stuffy and the two bedroom loft suite was not well cooled.

The rooms are all generously sized and were very clean. The air conditioning worked well and kept us cool in the humid weather. The hotel is set on the beach on the edge of the Romantica zone which is probably an older area of Puerta Vallarta but it was very convenient to have access to the restaurants and the Malecon which are a short walk along the beach. There were a lot of great restaurants around on the beach and also in the side streets. Getting around the area walking was very easy on foot and there were a lot of Ubers if needed in the heat. We were incredibly lucky to receive an option to upgrade. We were shown our originally booked room which was very nice and spacious, and then chose to upgrade as the upgraded room had its own pool, kitchen, lounge area and a beautiful view over the beach. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
We visited in September which was very humid but the air conditioning was great and the pool was also wonderful

Staff were awesome especially Adrian . Everything else was great!

Exceptionally clean rooms and attentive staff
Loved the pool, beach, and view from our room/balcony
I did not like that the bedroom was the only room that had AC. We hung out in our bedroom a few nights because of it.

The apartment was really big and we had a big balcony with a nice view of the ocean. When we came the staff organized drinks in the fridge for us those were already included in the price. The staff was really friendly and helpful at all times.
The only thing I didn’t like was that you could hear everything from the hallway through our bathroom. Other than that everything was perfect.
