    Locatia ar fi fost relativ buna in centrul istoric al Valettei dar blocul era in renovare. Praful si mizeria de pe santier se combinau perfect cu zgomotul asurzitor de pereti sparti.

    Aoartamentul, desi era situat la etajul 2 nu avea ferestre direct afara ci intr-un luminator. Mirosul de mucegai si igrasie era greu de suportat.
