    We enjoyed our stay

Location is perfect. Central but in a quiet street. Beautiful interior. The larger second bathroom was lovely. Very efficient arrival and departure process. Very responsive care team. The bells of the next door church did chime quite early. Didn't trouble me, but might do if you are a light sleeper. I liked that there was a kettle as well as a coffee machine.

    A tiny bit dark inside.

But for the WiFi issue I would give the property 10/10

The property was very well located. Easily accessed. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Aesthetically pleasing.

The WiFi network Ver was not available.

The apartment was modern, clean and very comfortable. The location was amazing and felt safe. The staff were in contact and available when I needed them.

There were a couple of maintenance issues. Nothing that would make me not recommend this great property. The stove top cooker didnt work. The maintenance team were willing to replace it, but a hotplate was also in the apartment so this was used for the limited cooking so it was not a major issue. The team were in contact and it would be replaced at a later date. The ensuite shower had no hot water. Again the team were in contact but limited what they could do in the time we stayed as they needed neighbours permission to access to resolve the issue. The main bathroom had hot water so not a big issue but for a party more than 2 people, this could be a problem. Hopefully this issue is resolved for the next guests
