    Apartment needs work

    Good position. Good check-in details.

    Bottom bathroom and bedroom had a foul odour. Bottom shower had cockroaches. Although it had a balcony, it isn't an asset as its hard to get to and difficult to take anything up & down. I read recent posts of items needing repair (kitchen tap loose, bottom bathroom odour, paint peel, etc) none of this has been attended to. Bottom bathroom light switch not working. A little maintenance would go a long way.
