    on booking it said breakfast included , when arrived by lodge , additional payment needed for breakfast - not good

    tv channels do not include sport channels , the breakfast issue and parking area are very narrow ,my vehicle door got damaged by another vehicle door .

    Staff Nokuthula and Yvonne were very friendly and helpful from the day we check-in until we check out. Lauren is their supervisor was also very welcoming.

    The place was nothing like the pictures on their website. Their rooms were stuffy.Their aircons were on and off ,couldn't even see the writing on them. The rooms were worse.The TV remotes were not working and TV just kept showing "NO SIGNAL "the whole stay. So no TV,no entertainment. When you pay for a guest house ,you expect basics to work! Poor Lauren ( Supervisor) kept trying to fix whatever was not working with no luck. Breakfast was a joke.Very minimal,poor quality,and called " served "but it was not even close to what they showed online.We felt cheated. They didn't even have enough cutlery, no enough salt and pepper we had to share salt and pepper with other tables. Their 4 slice toaster had only one side working.
